Viking Wind visits France
13/2/2018
In 2013, Viking Wind installed a turbine at a French high school in the town of Sérignan - Occitanie region, located in the south of France. The turbine supplies power to the high school "Lycee Marc Bloch". The architectural design of the high school places great emphasis on energy optimization, but in addition to providing energy for the school's operations, the turbine is also part of the daily teaching.
After almost 5 years of operation, it was now time for a service check of the turbine, and the service team from Viking Wind traveled to Sérignan in week 5 2018 to perform this.
Viking Wind has made continuous upgrades to the turbine over the years, and the turbine is still working optimally after five years of operation. All in all, it was a satisfying visit to France.
