Last week a service inspection of Viking Wind's turbine in Crozon, Brittany was due.
The Viking Wind turbine in Crozon is built on an approximately 30 meter high tower, which makes a service inspection a little more challenging than usually .
Because of the tower construction, the turbine cannot be lowered during service inspection, but instead requires a lift to perform service. The control cabinet for the turbine is also located inside.
But despite the more spectacular construction conditions, the turbine can now be ticked off Viking Wind's to-do list, as another well-executed service inspection.
